We'll supply a variety of chillies, the brine, fruit and spices and guide you along the way. You'll go home with a jar full to the brim to ferment, watch and wait with.
This is part of our MOB (Mingling Over Bacteria) workshop series, that you will see occurring on Friday nights. These workshops are fun, relaxed and social and not too in depth - a purely hands on experience.
