Book Launch - At Acre of Roses (Trentham)

Please join us on Sunday 18th December from 2-5pm as we celebrate the launch of my second book - Wild Drinks at Acre of Roses in Trentham. 

The Fermentary was based in Daylesford for almost 10 years so Trentham and the surrounds hold a very special place close to our hearts!  All of the images from the book were also shot at Acres of Roses and we would love to share this stunning location with you.

There will be small-batch brews, ferments and infusions from the book for you to taste including Jamu, Tepaché, Kombucha and our Shrubs. 

Acre of Roses is opening their garden to you all so please bring a picnic blanket and snacks if you'd like to bask amongst the beautiful greenery. 

Activities from 3pm 

There will be a scavenger hunt in the apothecary garden, where we grow many herbs and veggies that we use for our wild drinks and ferments. 

We will also demonstrate making our award wining rose water kefir using the roses from the garden. 

Choose ticket only option ($25) or ticket plus signed copy of Wild Drinks ($55). If you can't decide, the book will also be available to purchase on the day for $39.95. 

We cannot wait to celebrate big with you all and thank you for the ongoing support to The Fermentary over the last (almost) 10 years. There is plenty of more exciting stuff to come
