This is part two of our collaboration series with Jac Semmler of Super Bloom where we will go on a heartwarming flower journey together from garden to kitchen.
Join us for a flower-filled morning, where we revel in wild drinks and blooming botanicals - Calendula, Dianthus and old-world Pelargoniums (renamed from the classic Geraniums) with fragrant foliage.
Get your hands dirty learning to propagate Pelargoniums with a simple and successful cutting technique with Jac. Then to the brewing of these flowering botanicals in wild drinks, soda and mead with Sharon of The Fermentary.
Both Jac's book, Super Bloom and Sharon's book, Wild Drinks will be available to purchase on the day. Everyone will take home Pelargonium cuttings, a Pelargonium in a terracotta pot as well as two jars of wild brews to continue fermenting and drink at home
